📄 Issuing Paid Invoice Receipts

For Payments Made via eFAWATEERcom or Other Channels 

✅ If the customer made the payment through the eFAWATEERcom app or website:

Customers can easily issue and download their paid invoice receipts directly by accessing the Payment History section and selecting the relevant transaction.

📝 If the payment was made through a bank app, in cash via agents or exchange offices:

Customers are kindly requested to submit a request through our official website and attach the following:

• The electronic payment number
• The payment date
• A copy of an official identification document

🔍 Verification Process:

1. We verify whether the payment appears under successful transactions
2. We match the registered payer’s information with the ID document provided

3. If the data matches, the receipt is issued and sent in response to the customer’s request
