🧾 How to Get a Payment Receipt:

You can retrieve a receipt for any previous transaction by following these steps:

1. 🔐 Log in to your eFAWATEERcom account
2. 📄 Go to Payment History
3. 📎 Click on the desired transaction to view its details
4. 📤 After selecting the invoice, you can:

• Send the receipt via email
• Or download it to your device

💡 Note: 

Through the website only, you can select multiple invoices and send them together in a single file.

🔍 Advanced Search Options:

• Filter transactions by:
  • Date
  • Biller category
  • Payment method
  • Payment status
  • Or combine multiple filters
• Search by subscription number for faster access
• Sort results from newest to oldest or vice versa

📤 Sharing the Receipt:

• Send to your registered email or another email address
• Share via WhatsApp

• Save directly to your device gallery
