The total amount the customer owes to the biller. Some billers allow partial payments within a defined minimum and maximum range. - ๐ธ Service Fee
This fee is either paid by the customer or covered by the biller, depending on the service. The fee is clearly displayed on the bill summary page before completing the payment.
๐งฎ How Fees Are Calculated :
Fees are calculated in two stages:

For cash payments, the fee is calculated based on the full amount due, not the amount the customer chooses to pay.
